BUCKSPORT - Mary E. (Coulter) Fernald, 60, passed away March 2, 2013. Mary was born in June 1952, in Winterport. Mary was married to James Fernald, in April 1992, and they were married for 19 years.

Mary is survived by daughter, Cathina Black and Steve Howard of Bucksport; stepdad, Harland Larvway of Winterport; brothers, John and Charlene Hand of Florida, Robert and Laurel Coulter of Winterport, Rodney and Peggy Coulter of Winterport and Rick Coulter of Winterport; and sisters, Judy and Dwight Giles of Florida, Joyce Philbrick of Bucksport, Janice and Blaine Warman of New Hampshire and Sandy and Bruce Manning of Winterport. Mary had four grandchildren, Jacob Blake, Ashley Coulter, Eddie Black and Devin Carr; several nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. Mary was predeceased by husband, James; daughter, Shelly Robbins; daughter, Sherri Lee Fernald; and mother, Elizabeth Coulter.
