Linda Jean Friske (nee Myers), age 67, of Bedford passed away Friday, July 3, 2020, She was born in Bangor, Maine to the late Claude and Dorothy (nee Drew) Myers. Linda is survived by her beloved husband, Stephen A. Friske; three loving children, Jonathan Alan (Anna) Friske, Matthew Thomas (Kate Gehlfuss) Friske and Jodi Lynn (Richard) Smolk; four dear grandchildren, Kadence, Jonathan, Kaitlynn and Savannah and three brothers, Frank (Debra) Malone, Richard (Sandra) Myers and Robert Myers. The family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8 PM Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the Bedford Church of the Nazarene, 365 Center Road, Bedford, Ohio 44146 where funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, July 10, 2020. Social distancing is strongly encouraged and per state mandate, masks are required. Interment will be at Bedford Cemetery. Arrangements by Johnson-Romito Funeral Home, Bedford, Ohio.

I just got your letter announcing my wife's 50th HS Reunion. I'm sorry to say that she passed away July 3, 2020 from pneumonia and a heart attack. She has had MS most of her life, but wasn't exhibiting any symptoms until the last 15 years. Starting in 2019, she was diagnosed with Parkinson's which got worse over time. I know she would have loved to be at the reunion to see her classmates. We have three children and four grandchildren who loved her and miss her very much.
