Hermon - Starlene Sue Grant, 64, died Sept. 25, 2016 at a Bangor hospital. She was born Oct. 17, 1951 in Harrington, the daughter of William A. Grant Sr. and Joan M. (Fickett) Grant.
Starlene enjoyed reading books, going to yard sales and talking with her family on the phone.
Starlene is survived by her longtime companion and love of her life, Michael Swoboda of Hermon; a daughter, Teresa Boucher and her husband, Barry, a daughter, Deborah Howe nd her significant other, Jeremy Webb and a daughter and best friend, Billie-Jo Howe; her grandson, Dustin Homsted and his significant other, Allison Gould and her granddaughter, Chelsey Dunlop; her great-grandson, Treven Gould; one brother, William A. Grant, Jr and the love of his life, Phyllis Early. She was predeceased by her parents.
A celebration of Starlene's life will be held on her birthday, Oct. 17, 2016 at Noon at her brother's home, 57 Parker St., Brewer, ME 04412.
