Scott Pomroy, son of Roger Sumner Pomroy and Virginia York Benoist, passed away on November 1, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Bangor. He was born July 9, 1952 in Bangor.

Scott was a graduate of Brewer High School in 1970. Most of his working years, he was a contractual painter. He was known by most to have been generous and always willing to lend a helping hand.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Christopher Alan Pomroy.

He is survived by his sisters, Pamela Pomroy Shofkom (brother-in-law, Robert Shofkom) and Patricia Pomroy Rand (brother-in-law, Craig Rand) and a nephew and several nieces.
