Erlene was married to Steve Paradis and had two daughters, Amy Paradis Rapier and Sandra Paradis.  She and Steve divorced prior to her death.  At the time of her death, she was married to John Laut and they resided in Hersey, PA.

She was deceased April 21, 2008.  She died from a blood clot in her lung.
