LEVANT - Linda Lee Bligh, 64, lost her battle with cancer Dec. 6, 2010. She was born June 24, 1946, in Bangor, the daughter of Louis R. and Catherine E. (Kirk) Bligh. She was a graduate of Brewer High School, Class of 1964. Linda worked as an accountant in banking in Massachusetts. She enjoyed playing cards and bingo. She was predeceased by her mother, Kay Bligh. Surviving are her father, Louis Bligh; a sister, Janice Campbell, both of Brewer; two brothers, Robert Bligh of Coffeyville, Kan., and James Bligh of Contoocook, N.H.; two aunts, Thelma Mitchell and Margaret Bligh, both of Southington, Conn.; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Dr. Tracy Reeves officiating.
