Orland - Philip R. Winchester, 79, passed away from declining health on November 16, 2021. He was born to Hollis and Helen Winchester of Brewer on March 14, 1942.
He was a 1960 graduate of Brewer High School. Philip was employed by the Bangor & Aroostook Railroad for 36 years.
He is survived by his wife, Janice McLaughlin Winchester of Orland; daughter, Leslie Winchester-Mabee of Bangor; son, Todd Winchester of Bangor; stepdaughter, Lisa Sherman of Brewer; stepson, Robert Hamm of Brunswick; grandchildren, Airman Nolan Mabee of the U.S. Air Force, Ashton, Adella and Rheannon Mabee; step-grandchildren, Chelsea Kirk, Alison Burditt, Shayne Brinda, Ryan, Zachary and Molly Hamm.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Tracy Winchester Cuba.
