Brewer - Marjorie Irene (Olmstead) McCann, 77, departed this world on March 8, 2021, after a brief illness. She was born in Brewer on December 22, 1943, to Roland and Alice (Estes) Olmstead, and grew up in Veazie, graduating from Brewer High School in 1962.
Marjorie thoroughly enjoyed her retirement, spending time doing jigsaw puzzles and crosswords, cooking, and hosting family get-togethers.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Paul McCann; daughter, Marjorie Faulstich and husband, George; sisters, Phyllis Leeman and Lois Quinn; brother, David Olmstead; many beloved in-laws, cousins, friends, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, Marjorie was predeceased by her sister, Louise Olmstead; and brothers, Avery Olmstead and Roland Olmstead Jr.
