BANGOR - George E. Guerrette, Jr., 62, died March 11, 2011. He was born April 4, 1948, in Edmundston, New Brunswick, son of George and Mary (Lajoie) Guerrette. He was raised in Brewer and attended local schools. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during Vietnam. George worked for 23 years at Eastern Fine Paper and most recently worked at Penobscot County Jail. He is survived by his wife, Lynn (Perkins) Guerrette of Bangor; two daughters, Amy Watson and her husband, Paul, of Milford, Mass., and Carol Jones and her husband, Greg, of Brewer; one sister, Carol Guerrette of Frankfort; two brothers, Donald Guerrette and his wife, Rhonda, of Newport and Andrew McKinley of Montreal; and three grandchildren, Brian Jones of Brewer, Christopher and Kathryn Watson of Milford, Mass.
