Valley View, Texas - Carole Lynn Robertson "Cee," loving wife, mother, and Cici passed away in the early morning hours of January 13, 2022, in her home surrounded by family after a courageous eight year battle with cancer. Carole was born on July 3, 1948, in Hartland, ME. She grew up in Detroit and Brewer, ME. After graduating high school, she attended the Gorham State College, where she met her one true love, Kenneth Robertson. They married on August 30, 1969.
After earning her degree in Education, Carole and Ken moved to Denton, TX, where they started their family. Over all things, Carole treasured being a mother. She was involved in every aspect of her sons' lives, volunteering at their schools, chaperoning events, and championing them as they became men.
She was a faithful volunteer at her church and a member of the 11th Hour Sunday School Class and the Schimelpfening Circle. She enjoyed riding her horse, Rowdy, on warm sunny days and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren. Carole will be remembered for her abundant love for others and an inviting smile that was almost as beautiful as she.
Carole is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ken; her three sons, Jason, Jacob, and Jeremy; and daughter-in-law, Mandi. She will be especially missed by her three grandsons, Carter, Keller, and Dylan; and her granddaughter, Mallory. Carole is also survived by her brother, Michael and wife, Karina; brother-in-law, John and wife, Barbara; her mother-in-law, Irene; and her sister-in-love, Gail Williamson, as well as many nieces and nephews and a multitude of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lionel Pomroy and Zena Arsenault; and her father-in-law, Thomas Robertson.
