BANGOR - Charlotte M. Kelly, 63, died unexpectedly Sept. 2, 2011, at a Bangor hospital. She was born Oct. 9, 1947, in Bangor, the daughter of Charles E. and Helen P. (Hartt) Kelly. Charlotte attended Brewer High School and she attended St. Paul the Apostle Parish, St. John Catholic Church. She was a very humble, quiet and appreciative person. Charlotte will be sorely missed by her siblings. Charlotte is survived by three sisters, Carolyn Pelletier and her husband, Ronald, of Old Town, Kathleen Julian and her husband, Joseph, of Ellington, Conn., and Mary Bell of Bangor; three brothers, Charles Kelly of Holden, James Kelly of Bangor and Paul Kelly and his wife, Carol, of Bangor; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Donald MacDonald of Bangor. A private memorial service will be held. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, at the Family Reception Rooms of Brookings-Smith, 55 South Main St., Brewer.
