LOS ANGELES - LOS ANGELES - Louise V. Eaton passed on to paradise July 24, 2008, after a long battle with cancer. She was born June 24, 1930, in Brewer. She was for first of four children, born to Alberta and Louis Eaton. She graduated from Brewer High School in 1948. After graduation she worked for a time for R.B. Dunning, Bangor. She enlisted in the Air Force in 1950, and retired after eight years of service. Most of her enlistment was spent in Germany. She rose to the rank of staff sergeant. After retiring from the Air Force, she went to work at the veterans' hospital in the San Fernando Valley, Calif. She was a secretary in medical research. She retired after 28 years and lived the past 30 years in West Los Angeles, Calif. She will be forever in the hearts and minds of those who loved her. Louise is survived by her mother, Alberta Eaton of Brewer; sister, Marlene Myers of LaVale, Md.; brother, David Eaton of Wake Forest, N.C.; brother, Eugene Eaton of Long Beach, Calif. She will be laid to rest at Veterans' National Cemetery, Riverside, Calif.
