
Holden - Raymond W. Kane of Holden, Maine peacefully passed away at Northern Lights Hospital surrounded by family on April 23, 2019. He was born in Bangor, Maine on February 28, 1955.
He was a loyal and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the 200lb Buck Club. He was a man of integrity and honor and lived life on his terms. He is going to be greatly missed.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Lucille A. Kane of Holden, Maine, son Ray S. Kane and wife, Christie of Clifton, Maine, daughter Lorrie L. St. Pierre and husband Russell of Holden, Maine, grandchildren Nathan S. Kane, Piper L. Kane and Joshua R. Turbide and great grandchildren Denali and Julianna Turbide. His brothers David Kane and wife Valerie of Bradford, Maine and James Kane and wife Amber of Liberty, New York, brothers in law William Perkins and wife Donna of Orland, Maine and Leroy Perkins of Holden, Maine, sisters in law Doris Deprey and husband Alfred of Holden, Maine, Norma Robertson of Holden, Maine and Linda Cormier and husband Virgil of Levant, Maine and many, many nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by his parents William and Justina Kane, brothers in law Foster Perkins and Shirley Perkins and sisters in law Pauline Stevens and Audrey Knowlton.
A gathering for family and friends will be held on June 15, 2019 at 1:00 pm at his home at 122 Copeland Hill Road, Holden, ME 04429.
