Raymond was predeceased by his wife of over 50 years, Charlene Street.
Raymond was born in Brewer to William Street Sr. and Marjorie (Girlie) Blackman. He attended Brewer schools, graduating from Brewer High School. He worked for Eastern Fine Paper before moving to Millinocket in 1967 to work for the Great Northern Paper Company.
Raymond is survived by his sister Catherine Dupray of Hampden; brother Edward of Indiana; children Lynn, Roger (Butch), Lisa, Eric, and Denise; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were private.
