Jim, I feel I let you down in the past 2 years as our chats fell off. It was our 40th reunion that let us renew a goofy friendship and we kept up with email, telling stories of our lives. And you...all that you did to make the world a better place. Your volunteering and dedication to causes was your quiet gift to the world. We exchanged Christmas ornaments and cards for years, you always found a goofy one and it meant so much to our family. I hope you are at peace and find the family you longed for.

I’ll always remember his sense of humor, strange as it could be at times. About three months after our 40th reunion he called me one morning. “You want to go see Jackass 3? It’s in 3D.” So I met him at the Manville Cinema that afternoon. We put on the 3D glasses and watched a bunch of crazy guys doing crazy, sometimes dangerous stunts. So we had some laughs.

In the spring of 1970, Mrs. Hough took our English class to see a Shakespeare play at the Bucks County Playhouse in New Hope, PA. Jim had a seat close to the stage. I heard him making funny comments during the play. I thought that might be a first, a heckler at a Shakespearian play.

We had an Intramural football team called "The Galloping Gonads". Jim made some T-shirts for us. It was a drawing of the male genitals wearing a football helmet. Mr. Trenchak was the teacher in charge. Once he realized what it was, we had to not only get rid of the T-shirts, but we had to change our name to the Bruins. But at least we had some good laughs about it.

Thanks Jim for all the laughs. You will never be forgotten.

I was so sad and shocked to learn of Jim's passing. I messaged him a week or so before our reunion "just checking in" to see how he was. He replied about how sick he'd been for nearly two months but was finally on the mend. Three months later he was gone. I felt bad that I hadn't kept checking in to see how he was doing. But I knew he has close friends and family looking out for him.
Jim was such a unique person. I believe that every friend or relationship he had, there was that special something only you & Jim shared. Have a good rest, my friend. I look forward to seeing you again someday. J

I thought Jim was a great guy. He had his own sense of humor, he was a very friendly accepting guy.

I remember the galloping gonads and the T-Shirt designed by Jim. Funny.

The thing I rememberded most was his incredible dancing abilities. Jim could move his feet so fast it was like a blur. He was fabulous!

Blessings to Jim and all those he loved and loved him!
