Comments:
I recieved a Bachelors of science in Music Therapy and did internship work at the UNI as well as some practicum work with children and adolescents in schools, psyche facilites, and various treatment centers. I studies martial arts for several years earning a black belt in Kenpo Karate, as well as a 2nd degree BB in Qwon Shu Karate.
I have studied and received various certifications in a variety of alternative therapies such as biomedical treatments, environmental medicine, NAET, Creative arts birthing, and Healing Touch. I have a 'therapy studio' at my home where I use various music or healing touch techniques depending on the needs of the client. I felt compelled to study and use these fields in order to help one of my children who had various physical and neurological health challenges when they were very young.
I work from home as much as possible to be with my kids these days. I also teach Suzuki Violin and Cello from my home and co-direct a children's orchestra.
I have 4 children ages 12, 10, 6, and 3. They are the best thing I have ever done.
