Krista Mitchell (Turner) I think we should make our reunion special...we should have like a memorial cruise "out town" and a bon fire! We should really do things that are meaningful. I feel like every reunion is same ol same ol...dinners drinks golf and family picnics. I love the family picnic idea, but who needs golf anyway! Let's plan to make this one special and unique!

First, this sight is an awesome idea!!! Kudos to whoever had the idea and actually followed through. My question/suggestion is...As the reunion approaches, will there be someone that will actually be making the effort to track down our classmates that do not know about the sight? The biggest complaint that I have heard about our 10 yr. reunion, and I think most of you will agree, was that so few people knew about it. I would be happy to help out with contacting people we have not heard from as the reunion nears so that at all of our classmates at least have the opportunity to decide if they would like to participate.

Kristie, you have done a terrific job with this website! I will be happy to help in any way that I can just let me know. I am working on contacting Sandie Vance, Mike Simcox and anyone else that I can think of. I too feel like we need to make every effort possible to try to at least contact as many people as possible. I can't wait to see everyone and catch up! See ya soon

Brent Hill says it is official. We have set the date for our Class of '89 25 Year Reunion for the weekend of the Bristol Rhythm & Roots Event (Sept 19 - 21). Please go ahead and block your calendars. Due to the expectation of limited hotel availability, it is recommended that you go ahead and make any hotel reservations that are needed (now). More details for what is being planned for our 25 Year will be shared at a later date. We are working to coordinate a visit/tour through VHS on 9/19 to kick off our weekend of fun, as well as, will be planning a family and kid friendly event (just like for our 20 year). A special THANK YOU to Craig Widner, Sharon Ringley, Julie Stevens Little and Julie Boardwine Gill for being a part of the planning committee.
