Elaine Susan Ellis, 48, of Brockton passed away Monday, May 6, 2013, after a brave battle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late David M. Ellis. She is survived by her mother, Mary Ann Ellis (Frost); her four children, Tasha Ellis (27), Janine Ellis (30), Jordan Wright (18), Zachary Wright (16); her siblings, David (Glen) Ellis, Michael Ellis, Ricky Ellis, Pauline (Ellis) LeMay, Stephen Ellis, Julie Ann Ellis, Brandon Jones and Brent Jones. She also leaves behind five beloved grandchildren. She was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder and had requested in lieu of flowers, a donation, even if small, to be made in her honor to the American Porphyria Foundation, 4900 Woodway, Suite 780, Houston, TX 77056.
