School Story:
This is in regards to Matt Ingle's story about Brad Whitfield. Same year as Brad's "celebratory" dance with the band. A bunch of us were in the student section of old Kirkland field when we were playing Union. Their cheerleaders came over to greet our cheerleaders, and they were met with us "strategically" bombing them with cold hot dogs! Never seen cheerleaders run so fast or be so scared of flying wieners. About three of us who were involved were called into the office of the Assistant Principal on the following Monday. After my swats, I sat and talked golf to the Asst. Principal for the rest of my second period...all in all, at that age, it was worth it. If I ever catch my son doing that, I'll have to discipline him, and then go to a private room and bust out laughing.
