Sara Richardson Weinstock

Went to UCO and majored in Oral Communications / Theatre. Did grad school at UC San Diego and loved California so much I stayed for eight years. Worked for Spike & Mike's Festival of Animation assembling packages of animated short films and touring them around the country.

Met my husband - an active-duty Navy pilot - and 6 months later we were married, 6 weeks after that we were on a plane to Japan to live there and 6 days after that he left for Singapore to join the carrier...and I didn't see him for most of the next 5 years. Just long enough to make a couple of kids. :)

We've been in Honolulu since 2006 and absolutely love it here. I stay at home with the little ones and teach online courses for the University of Maryland and Excelsior College.

Since I originally posted this, my husband got surprise orders to San Diego. We return to Coronado in July and I'm thrilled!! It'll be our first time to live on the mainland in over 6 years...
