Just a Note of Thanks

Hi all,
Just wanted to say "thank you" to everyone that attended our reunion and especially to our Committee that helped put this event together. It truly was a combined effort from a great group of people.
As a reminder, the committee members were Kathy Halleran Burke, Mary Ellen Crane Falco, Bobby Baldrian, Michael Huvane, Mike Mitchell and my wonderful wife Maureen. I will honestly tell you that without her, I could not do half the things I do and she is truly my better half. If you get a chance, please drop them a line if you had as good a time as I had.
Michael was right when he talked about how blessed we are to have forged the friendships we have that have lasted all these years. I don't believe any other class has had the staying power that ours has. It always amazes me that no matter how many years go by, we can all pick right up like we just saw each other yesterday. As Michael was speaking, I kept thinking that each of us has helped mold each other into the people we are today. I think we turned out pretty well! I will tell you that my years at Tolentine are still the most favorite years of my life.
I know there were a lot of pictures taken and if anyone is willing to share them, please send them to me and I will put them up on the website so all can see what a great time we had.
I would also like to ask a favor from all of you. There is a nun named Sr. Margaret McDermott who has worked at Tolentine Zeiser for 35 years and runs the food bank for the less fortunate in the Tolentine area. They are in desperate need of help with their cash flow and she has set up a Go Fund Me site to raise donations. If you can, please consider making a donation. We all have had good memories of our years in the neighborhood and as a class, here is our opportunity to pay it forward. Just go to gofundme.com and in the search area type in Maggie McDermott. I know she will be grateful for whatever you can send.
Again, thanks for your friendship and the great memories we share!
I am always proud to let everyone know I am from the CLASS of '75!
Pat
