Q:  HOW IS THE REUNION PRICE DETERMINED?

A:  The price is based on your class size, location, and menu selection.  A significant portion of your ticket goes towards the facility rental and the meal where your reunion is being held.  However your class reunion ticket price covers more than just the food.  There are many other cost involve in planning a reunion that most people don't realize!  printing of invitations, postage, the Alumni search, entertainment, memory book/video and provideing staff during the planning and actual night of your reunion are some additional cost that are included in the ticket price of your reunion.

Q:  WHAT SHOULD I WEAR

A:  The "dress code" will be stated on your invitation and will probably be one of three options:  coat and tie, coat and tie optional, and dress casual.  coat and tie simply means that most will be wearing attire similar to what you may wear to a wedding.  You can follow the same rule of thomb for coat and tie optional, with the coat and tie of course being optional.  Dressy casual is best described as wearing something dressier than jeans or shorts, but something a little more casual than a suit and tie or formal dress.  Regardless of these "dress codes," wear what is going to be comfortable and just use the dress code as a guideline.  Keep in mind that you will see a little bit of everything at a class reunion.

Q:  HOW DO I PAY

A:  MAKE ALL CHECKS, OR MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO Dixie Harmon @ 245 Treehaven Dr /  Jackson, MS 39212  (further details to come)

Q:  WILL YOU MAIL TICKETS TO ME?

A:  No, we DO NOT use tickets for the reunion.  We will have a list of those who have paid at the registration table at your reunion that evening.

Q.  DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY

A: YES, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF WE ARE CONTACTED NO LATER THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE REUNION DATE ONLY.

Q.  WILL THE EVENT START PROMPTLY ON TIME OR DO I HAVE TIME TO KILL?

A:  NO!  YOU WILL MISS QUITE A BIT IF YOU ARE LATE!  WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU ARRIVE AT LEAST ONE HOUR- 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO EVENT START TIME, TO BE SEATED AND READY FOR THE EVENTS.

Q:  WILL WE TAKE PICTURES

A:  YES, Please feel free to purchase a disposable camara to leave on your table....these camars will be collected at the end of the day by one of the Administrators to later put on our website for all to view... however this fun project is OPTIONAL by you. BE ADVISED THAT A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER WILL ALSO BE THERE AS WELL.

Q:  WILL I BE ALLOWED TO PAY AT THE DOOR?

A:  YES, HOWEVER, ONLY IF YOU HAVE PAID YOUR FIRST HALF IN ADVANCE!  You may pay your second half at the door only DUE TO Administators overhead in covering Our facility, food, disk jockey and other items.. BUT PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE IS A DATE THAT I WILL BE ORDERING SOUVENIRS AND THAT THE BUDGET DOES NOT ALLOW ANY SPARES. SO YOU WILL BE RECEIVING LESS GOODIES THAN EVERYONE ELSE.  DO NOT EXPECT THE SAME HAND-OUTS IF WE DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO COVER IT. 

Q: WHAT  IF SOMEONE SHOW UP AFTER THE MEAL IS SERVED, EXPECTING TO GET IN FOR FREE?

A:  IF SOMEONE SHOW UP AFTER THE MEAL IS SERVED EXPECTING TO GET IN FOR FREE..YOU ARE WELCOME TO ENTER IN AFTER THE MEAL, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY YOUR SHARE OF THE REUNION COSTS.  THE AMOUNT WILL BE DETERMINED BY SUBTRACTING MOST OF THE PRICE OF THE MEAL FROM THE NORMAL TICKET PRICE.

YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO LATE FEES BY PAYING AT THE DOOR.
