Since graduating from Tilden High School, I attended Brockport State University where I studied Sociology and African American History. I pledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., danced with the African Dance Troop under the leadership of Garth Fagan (who choreographed "The Lion King" on Broadway (my claim to fame!!!).
After leaving Brockport, I stayed in the New York City area and worked on Wall Street for several years as an Executive Assistant until my relocation to Atlanta, GA in 2000.
Very recently, I was ordained as the Senior Pastor of Solution Outreach International Ministries!!! See pics.
In Tilden, I was one of the many Marcia(s). I was voted most versatile girl in my senior year, did some modeling, and worked on the yearbook committee (that's why my pics are every where). I am originally from the Trinidad so you may have known me as being very "cultural". I also sang with the choirs (both Contata and Mixed Choris), under the leadership of Mr. Winston. Some of you may know me because I hung out with Marvia Williams who was from Jamacia and a booster.
I also had the pleasure of attending the senior trip to the Dude Ranch.
