Jane Heilman Houchins

After graduation I went to Samford University where I eventually earned a Masters in Family and Consumer Education. I married Rick Houchins from Gardendale and we have 3 grown sons and 1 grandson. I currently am in my 23rd year of teaching and this year am teaching Hospitality and Tourism and am the Co-op Coordinator at Pinson Valley High School. I own my own catering company and stay busy catering weddings and other events. I also stay busy in the music ministry at church and I am very much looking forward to retirement soon so I can catch up on other things.
