LOCATION:  Best Western Hotel and Conference Center on MacArthur Drive, Alexandria, LA.

ATTIRE:  Dressy Casual

COST:  $100/Couple or $65.00/Individual  (NON-REFUNDABLE; NO EXCEPTIONS)

ROOMS:  Twenty-five rooms have been reserved at the Best Western for Friday, April 2nd.  Ten double bed rooms, 10 king bed rooms, and 5 suites have been reserved with the code "1990".  Please state the code when you register.  The guest room block will be held until MARCH 12, 2010. 

RATES:  Single $79; Double $89; Triple $99; Quad $109; Suite (1/2 people;double bed) $109; Suite (3;double) $119; Suite (4;double) $129; King Suite $109.

If we need additional rooms to be reserved, please let us know & we can add more rooms to the block!
