Guess I'll jump into this gabfest, so...

Hi guys!

Dave's done fabulously concerning our reunion, so let's treat him right as well. If you've said (and intend) you're gonna attend, then cough up the bucks and make it happen. If you can't or won't, let Dave know so he can hopefully change the numbers, if he can even change them at this point.

We've been friends for years, so let's demonstrate it in our effort and pocketbooks.

Natalie Clark (Mitchell) I got an email from classmates.com saying that the 1988 event had been cancelled that was being planned by Donnie Hall. Did anyone else get that?

Dave Brummel Heard from Robert. He won't be able to make it. He has another 'little one' on the way anytime now and there is no way he or Connie can make it. He might update his profile sometime soon if he gets time. I'll have this site up after the reunion as long as I can so we'll see.

Chrixty, I will already be in the gate seeing how I cook those fine hamburgers and hot dawgs every friday night home game. I will make sure I check the gate several times before the game. I usually sit with my football gang, but on tis Friday night I will be sitting and cutting up with you guys!! I usually have a little something to DRANK at the game too!! If you want to enjoy a few dranks during the game just ask!

Must keep that on the down low, the burger crew has gotten in trouble in the past for getting a little drunk while cooking those fine burgers. Not me, I know where my limit is!!

SHARON BENNETT TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO SHAKE IT UP AND WEAR SOMETHING VERY VERY NICE AND SHINY!!!! LOL.....Just Joking Sharon...I told her I was going to go way out and get a PARYTEEEE DRESS!!!! but I'm way, way happy wearing blue jeans!!!

The dress code is dressy casual. Or work casual. Jeans are not really the ideal pant but they will not be turned away. Let's put it this way, you haven't seen most of these people for 20 years so, dress like you are seeing long lost family and you're meeting them at the airport! :} I myself will most likely wear business casual, which is khaki pants and a polo style shirt on Saturday unless I can get a last minute agreement from the other classmates on my "Hawaiian Shirt" idea! Of course, I'll be looking forward to my reunion T-shirt on Friday night at the game!

Also, please note that I have posted the names of attendees and I will have name tags at the event for you and your spouse if applicable. We may have some last minute show ups and if that happens, I'll be glad to let them in but it would need to be cash for the ticket at the door and I MAY not have enough food for everyone if too many tardies arrive. I am also finishing the final preps for the games that we will be playing.

I would like to say that in all of this process of ticket selling and buying, I wanted to thank Johnathan for being the first buyer and getting the ball rolling. But, to everyone that bought and may still buy a ticket, thank you and I promise that you'll have a good time! Don't forget, the event is now B.Y.O.F. See the 8/31 update for details. See some of you on Friday night and see you others on Saturday!

Dave, It looks like everything is coming together nicely!You have done a knock out job!

For those of us planning to attend the ballgame Friday, do we have a suggested sitting area where we can all gather? I think it would be good to be somewhere we can actually watch the game but not disturb the other fans if we choose to socialize more!

Natalie Clark (Mitchell) Thanks Christy! Don't forget Otto too! Happy Birthday Brian! For those coming to the game Friday, I heard there is also a special presentation for the football team that won state 30 years ago and with it being the 1st game it may be crowded. I think we're going to get there early and tailgate. If anyone is interested let me know. We can plan on being in a certain area.
