Stanley Albert Gibson, 67, a mechanical engineer, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016.  He was born in Hutchinson, Kanss to Frank R. and Corinne (Koestel) Gibson.  He was a 1966 Buhler High School graduate, Buhler, Kansas.  After graduation he attended Wichita State Univesary and Technical Schools that embraced the engineering field.  Stan enjoyed gardening, motorsports, workig on his motorcycles and hot rods.  

He is survived by: his daughter, Valerie Gibson-Smith and husband Kiler; granddaughter, Brehmen Gibson-Smith; brothers, Dale, Joe, and Tom (Berta); sister, Paula Gibson; nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Corinne Gibson.
