Robbie and I were in Chorus and also played football together. We also shared an unbelievably hot dorm room our first year at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. ;-)
Please remember; this was 1988. There was no air conditioning in those dorm rooms! We "toughed it out" and had a great time together.
I will never forget him or the memories of those times we had together.
Robbie, we all miss you.

#33. He was small in stature, but would put a hit on you. He never backed down from anything on the football field. It was a year or so after his death before the news got to me that he died. I still think of him quite often. We all played football together since our days at Turrentine. He was a great guy, a great friend, and a great team mate. We miss you buddy.Tonya Hill (Davis)
Robbie and I hit it off when Tyra and I first went to Williams. He was such a great friend, always so funny, and I'll never forget his wonderful smile! We stayed close although we didn't keep in touch often after high school. Sometimes I go by his grave just to say 'Hi!' You're forever missed, friend!Cheryl Jordan (Huffines)
Robbie lived up the street from me. Although we never ran in the same circles, we still talked from time to time if we happened to see each other in the neighborhood. He was a very nice guy.
