Thomas E. Barr
Thomas E. Barr, 58, of Butler died today at Sugarcreek Rest Home.
Born Feb. 14, 1946, in Butler, he was the son of Robert and Betty Angert Barr.
He had worked for A.K. Steel in Butler for 30 years until his retirement in 2001.
Mr. Barr was a veteran of the Air Force and was a HAM radio operator.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Bonyak Barr, whom he married Jan. 26, 1991.
Also surviving are his parents; a son, Brandon Thomas Barr; a brother, Jim Barr; and a sister, Linda Biffaretti, all of Butler.
BARR Friends of Thomas E. Barr, who died Wednesday, April 14, 2004, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME, 201 E. Cunningham St. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Dr. James Boos, pastor of Summit Presbyterian Church in Jefferson Township, will officiate. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park Cemetery.
