Marlin died 20 June 1971 in Vietnam at the age of 24. He was a 1st Lieutenant in the Army. He is buried in Butler County Memorial Park. I have traced his name on the Vietnam Memorial Wall in D.C.

Thanks, Jack, for this expanded information. Also for the source web site.  Marlin was a sweet kind young man. He and all the men our country lost in Vietnam should not be forgotten.
