What have I been up to since 1989????? Hmmm. Lots. Did a degree in Communications at U of C and a minor in Dance. Pursued a dance career in Calgary, Vancouver and Montreal and this is how I was introduced to Pilates. Started my own Pilates Studio in Calgary in 1996 and have been busy running that since. Met my husband in 1997 and married in 2000.

Best memories are of Grade 11 and the Humanities Program. By Grade 12 I just couldn't wait to get out of there. Funny how High School comes back occasionally to haunt you over the years.
