I was lucky enough to work in the Calgary Police Traffic Section with Rob. The night he was murdered, I was working day shift. I received a call in the middle of the night to come in to do scene measurements and diagram. I thought it was for a motor vehicle crash. I didn't find out until I got to the scene on Memorial Dr. SE that it was the scene of Rob's murder that I was called in for.
