i cant ever seem to catch anyone in the chat room..i am wondering if it was a good idea..maybe we need to set a class meeting there every night between 10 and eleven...drop in and say hey..and i cant get a certain person to return my emails...dang it....

   last sunday this time i was basking in the joy of the reunion. this morning i am just tired..the choo choo wore me out last night..i have told everyone i know not to EVER skip a reunion..

back to the real world..still smiling because of seeing old friends...kinda pissed off at some that still live in town and didnt come...we worked hard to find them...i may take executive control and accidentally hit the delete button on their name...nah...its tempting  but i better not...thanks ned, turtle, caroline,kirby, holly and others from coming in from out of state and all those who drove hours from inside GA...you made our day, or should i say year..

The reunion exceeded all of our expectations...what a great weekend..thanks to all who helped..great job trey and monica...thanks alex and kinsey at the door, mitch takin the pics.all who cooked and brought all the food. thanks kenneth farriba for minding the grill after i burned the first set of hot dogs. most  of all, thanks classmates who came and brought your smiles...on the other hand...shame on some people who live close but didnt even bother...later.....

we had the last meeting of the reunion comittee last night..already there are some who are not going to make it because of prior commitments..people i really were looking forward to seeing..Jan gurley, roy baggett, david glass, debbie owens, danny gough, and others will be missed...

by this time next week, all will be over and we will have celebrated our reunion...i cant believe that time went so fast from the first planning sessions till the events...

happy labor day everyone..hope you spend it with the ones you love..there are still people signing on.  i am gonna hate the fact that we couldnt find everyone and at least give them the chance to come..i am kinda shocked that some people just didnt enjoy high school at all and have no desire to see any of us...lol..well, to each his own i guess..

We are still finding classmates and they are still finding us. i am expecting a lot of people who havent signed on the computer who recieved letters to just surprise us. i hope so. all we can do now is wait...

well the big news is we have enough to cover expenses now so the committee can relax and enjoy the rest of the month we have left...that is until the weekend of the reunion..there are lots of little details to hammer out and we will have one more meeting on sept 9th at teris..once again around seven..if you want to help with decorations, get in touch with gail and she will let you..as you have heard we also dropped the late fee for the late payers and spur of the moment people...is this you?  lol

its almost one month away till the big reunion..i cant believe it..this website has been really fun to do..i am frustrated by not being able to find some people that i would love to see..i realize we are older now. some even have grandchildren. some have divorced, some have lost their mates to sicknesses. but we all were together for 4 years. some of us were together 12 years in the city school systems..as the time gets closer i will post some names and see if you guys have any clues where they are...kenny

I saw the convention Center for the first Time today....Me, Teri, Gail, Tyron and a surprise guest, Duke tankersley were there..all i can say is WOW!! this is going to be GREAT!!! Dont forget that those who wish to indulge in a alcoholic drink it is BYOB...we will have cups and ice but not sure about the set ups...so bring whatever you are mixing..Next Planning meeting is next tuesday at teris...selah.

Meeting tomorrow for lunch and checKing out the center.Tried to call annette reynolds again..never a answer ,alway answering machine and it says voice mail is full..anybody still close to wade floyd?..I have left our homecoming queen, Tammy Roland Elrpd several messages..Ran into John Robert king at the bank earlier in the summer..Vic Bohannon, carla okelly ,carolyn dew and others have done great jobs finding people but i fear we are running out of time...i Hate to give up...

teri says money is coming in well..me,Teri, and Tyron, and hopefully Gail will meet this week to scope out the center......i have tried calling some people personally to get them to sign on and come but some NEVER answer their phone. I just cant believe some people are not interested in seeing old classmates and touching base..  I know some are not religious , but it is probably like heaven will be...we will wonder what happened to them but they never answered the knock when it came...lol...can i pass the offering plate..lol

Hey Guys...Caroline  Rudnick has told us she is coming in for the reunion from Switzerland...WOW..if she can come that far,whats stopping you? .This has really been a fun task finding everyone so far..kinda like a episode of "Without A Trace"...i am still baffled at some i cant get to respond..I was sorry to hear about Steve Pass passing last week. . Steve went to the Navy after graduation and was inJured in a accident on a aircraft carrier.I was looking forward to seeing "yogi" as he was called. As you have seen in the email we sent out, Teri and I kinda made a decision without a vote from the others involved to extend the deadline for the tickets.We know money is kinda tight  for everyone and people who are like me wait till the last minute to do anything..haha...More to come...
