Susan Prince Bruster

My husband, Tim, is a United Methodist Minister. We have lived in Tyler, Houston, Georgetown, and now Fort Worth where his is the senior minister of First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth. I have been an elementary and secondary teacher for 30 years and for the last seven have been an Academic Coordinator for FWISD. Tim and I became grandparents on May 13, 2010. Our oldest daughter, Sarah, and her husband, Stephen Pepper had a daughter, Alice Caroline. I love being a grandmother!

I have great memories of All Region and All State Choir trips, Madrigals, and Arsenic and Old Lace! I remember one night when Sherri, Amy and I were in a madrigal rehearsal and came out afterwards to find our Volkswagons gone. We found out later that some guys had picked them up and carried them to the other parking lot! Great memories of trips around the Sonic and Pizza Hut to see who was out and with whom! I also remember our senior girls' trip to the lake and being so sunburned at graduation!
