Albert Carter

I served in USMC after leaving high school.
I have worked as assistant warehouse manager.Currently I am disabled due to kidney failure brought on by diabetes.
I am receiving dialysis 3 times a week, awaiting kidney transplant.
I was married and now living the life as a single parent raising my second son. My oldest son is a sophomore at Morehouse College majoring in Sociology and plans to go to law school after graduating.
Daughter is a happy fourth grader with ambitions of becoming an Obstetrician, she loves Discovery Health Channel.

I was recognized for bravery following a school bus accident. I was wearing my ROTC uniform and a citizen saw me helping the other children on the bus and had me recognized by several differnt organizations.
