TIME IS RUNNING OUT!!!!

 If each signed-up individual could reach out to at least one more person or could find just one missing person, we could have a really awesome turnout!! There are sooo many missing persons and since the women change their last names, it has been very difficult to find them. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!

If anyone is flying into National Airport on Saturday a.m. and needs a ride to Baltimore, we can pick you up from the airport and take you with us. We plan to leave for Baltimore sometime around mid-morning, but not crazy early, to spend some time in Baltimore before the big event. We can take two people comfortably, and three with the middle seat. 

We plan to stay for the Sunday a.m. breakfast, so if anyone needs a ride back to National Airport, same scenario.

I can't believe I am so near and yet so far--in Charlottesville, VA for a month of leadership training but we're working the whole weekend, no exceptions! Anyone want to visit me down here NEXT weekend??!! So sad to miss connecting with my old gang, Cindy and Jaye!

Jim Mupin passed away Tuesday September 5th, 2023, of natural causes at home in St. Leonard, MD.

He will be buried in Charlottesville, VA, with his family.

Think good thoughts for Jimmy, Robin his girlfriend, Wanda his sister, Wanda’s daughter Ersten and his many friends as we all struggle to get through this.

I'm getting very excited for the upcoming reunion!!'

  A former classmate from Camp Springs Elementary School, Eileen Lewison, is interested in coming and joining us! She went to school with us in 4th grade (Ms. Delaney), 5th grade (Mr. Cox) and in 6th grade, (Ms.Bachelor). Her father was in the  military and then moved to Massachusetts. I'm really looking forward to seeing her. 

  Reach out to as many as you can so we have a good turnout. It's probably going to be the last time we see many of these faces!

Thanks to all those that have worked so hard to plan our 50th Reunion.  Am looking forward to seeing lots of old friends that I haven't seen for a long time.  Still can't believe it's been 50 years.  I wanted to give organizers and those that have not made hotel reservations yet a heads up that the Crown Plaza is saying our room block is sold out for Friday - not sure if you are able to get them to add additional rooms or not. The woman in reservations said she would put it in my record to charge the $179 special block rate but confirmation says $293 - hopefully it will be $179 when I check out.  Thanks again to everyone who has worked on putting this together.

Thanks, Cathy, for bringing back those memories...and names! I believe I remember Eileen. What was her last name? I found a digital copy of the 74 Gauntlet and have been searching. I was a "camera shy senior" but have a couple of pix in the Gauntlet that I'll include. And I believe I recognize you, Gayle. Or it might be the hairstyle from back in the day ;) I recognize Cindy Ahern, too. If anyone wants me to snag a screen capture from the Gauntlet, let me know.
