School Story
In the sixties computers were non existent however if you remember they did have a punch card system for keeping track of attendance. After an absence you had to have each teacher sign for each class then turn it in at the last class. After missing half a day I noticed they simply circled the last classes in red. So I took it upon myself to circle classes for the next day and not turn in the cards. You were allowed to miss 12 days in a quarter so I simply took off every Friday giving me only 10 days of absences. One week I wanted to take a Monday off instead and showed up on Friday and one teacher, can't recall his name said "what are you doing here, its Friday" I knew he was onto me then!
