Tara Kay Kalina

I graduated from Kent in 1992 with a degree in education and received my Masters in Counseling from Westminster in 1997. I have been teaching US Government and sociology, and raising a family with my husband whom I married in 94.
Since so many of you always are so kind to ask, I suppose I should let you know that my dad is doing well. He would be so touched by the nice things many of you have written about him and I will be sure to share them. He retired from CHS in 1998, but you can still find him there cheering at every game. He is currently the Mayor of Canfield, a job he is perfect for and which he loves, and is also a great help to me and my husband as he is the official preschool chauffeur!

I have fond memories of sock hops and powder puff. I especially remember feeling like I lived at Lauri Rogos' house (smile), and after games with Julie & Becky.
I think about many of you often and smile, and I am happy to see so many have replied and are doing so many interesting things. Looking forward to catching up at the 20th!
