Sonja Harvey Jellison

Lived in Houston for several years where I met and married my 1st husband, Armen Bedrosian (deceased). Returned to Canyon and WTAMU where I met and married Jim Jellison. Graduated and worked as a Behavior Therapist for the State of Texas for 12 years before going into business for myself as a Property Manager. Also spent two summers working for Texas Musical Drama as an Administrative Assistant during the off-season and as the Manager of the Gift Shop. Am currently residing in Tulsa, Ok, where my husband works as a mechanical engineer for John Zink Hamworthy Combustoin, a Koch Brothers subsidiary.

Returned to CHS after going to West Chicago High my Sophmore and Junior years. Upon my return was told that I would not be able to graduate with my class because I hadn't had Texas History so I got my GED in December '75 (though my certification shows I graduated May '76 which made no sense because I started my Freshman year at WT in January '76. After completing a dual degree in Psychology/Sociology I returned to complete Secondary Education degree with an emphasis in History and Political Science and guess what I had to take - Yep, Texas History!!
