DALLAS — Shyde Lloyd Wood was born May 26, 1971, in Amarillo and passed away Jan. 31, 2012, in Dallas.

Shyde grew up in Amarillo and made his home in Dallas. He was a manager and buyer for a local retail boutique in the Lakewood community. He touched many people’s lives and was a loving son, brother and friend who will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his parents, Lloyd and Barbara Wood of Amarillo; sister, Shylene Quinones of Bedford; niece, Tanna Vaughan and husband Nathan; nephew, Giovanni Quinones; and additional great-nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 3 to 4 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas.

Service will be held Friday at 4 p.m. in Restland Wildwood Chapel.
