I received this e-mail from Kathy’s son Eric.  Many of you in Kathy’s e-mail contact list received the e-mail also, but there were some that did not.  I felt that all of you should have the opportunity to read it.

She loved you all very much. Please do not be sad about her passing, you know that is not what she would want or allow anyone to do. She will never have to suffer with that smile again. She loved life, her family, and her friends. She was looking forward to the class reunion so I am sure she will be looking down on all of you and smiling. When my dad passed last year I think a part of her died and I take great relief in knowing they are together again. I asked her once when she was told she had 6 months to live why it had to be her and without missing a beat she sat up in the hospital bed looked at me and said why not me and that was over 10 years ago. She never let the cancer or the treatments beat her and she would tell all of us to not let the pain of our loss beat us. Thanks for all your love and prayers.

God Bless You All!

Eric Landversicht
