learned to raft, kayak, ski, rockclimb, and more in san francisco

have taught for about 30 years in a small rural school in northeast california - mostly 7th grade

have travelled to Japan, S. Korea, and Germany for free with different teacher programs

(moved to california in 1971 because i followed my boyfriend - yeah, he was real - while he was stationed in san francisco because of vietnam war -Wow, did i change my political beliefs!!)
