Daniel John Corbley passed away November 23, 2020, in his home in Dandridge Tennessee. He was 67 years old. Dan was born in Chicago on Saturday June 6th, 1953 to Donald and Joan Corbley. He was married to his long time friend Linda (Carrier), who passed away in the summer of 2018. He is survived by his step daughter Patricia and granddaughter Danielle. Survivors also include his brothers Patrick (Wanda), Joseph (Julie) and his sisters Kathleen and Eileen (Jay) as well as his lifelong friend Butch Elstrom. Dan graduated from Crown in 1971 and went into the Navy. He was discharged and became a cabinet maker till he retired. Dan is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, also great nieces and great nephews. In 2020, Dan survived lymphoma, followed by a bout of covid and then a rollover car accident, all of which attested to the toughness he exhibited throughout his life. But they all took a terrible toll on Dan’s health. We will all miss our brother and friend Dan and his unfailing dedication to the people, principles and pets he held so dear and loved so much.
