Date: September 16 & 17, 2011
Schedule of Events:
Friday, September 16
- 7:30 PM - Carthage Bulldogs Football Homecoming Game
- CHS vs. Nacogdoches
- Purchase tickets at ticket booth at the New Football Stadium at the High School
- After Football Game Party at Mike & Sarah Isbell's house
- Soft Drinks, Wine, Beer and Snacks provided.
- Directions from Stadium to Isbell's: 245 County Road 446, Carthage
- Go South on the loop and exit 59 South to Tenaha, Houston.
- Go about 2 miles (maybe) and turn Left on FM2517, between 4-D grocery and Brambletts Auto.
- Go approx 12 miles on 2517, cross Sabine River, and right before intersection of 2517 and FM31, turn Left on CR 446. If you get to FM31 you missed it. After turning left on CR446 go approx 1/4 mile.
- First brick house on the Right. Sarah will have it well lit so everyone will know! Carport to the right of house and horsebarn behind and to left of house.
Saturday, September 17
- 10:00AM - Tour of Carthage High School
- Meet inside the Commons by the main doors.
- Family Picnic at the CHS tennis courts (immediately following tour)
- Bring your own lunch, chairs and blankets.
- Water and Bounce House Provided.
- 6:30PM-1:00AM - Steak Dinner and Dance at the NEW facilities at the Carthage Country Club!
- 6:30PM - Doors Open
- 7:00PM - Dinner Served
- Casual Dinner Dress - not formal
- Cash Bar until 1:00AM
Cost*: $50 per person or $95 per couple $55 per person
*Please note the cost covers the entire weekend (except for football game tickets) and it cannot be prorated based on the events you plan to attend.
