hey folks, well it was great seeing everybody again, I know I had a good time. It was something I won't forget, I know even though life has kicked us all in the teeth a few times in the past twenty years it felt good that we can all get together and still laugh. I know i've found out friends are more important than alot of things, ya can loose your money and possesions but your friends will pick ya up and ya can laugh about it later. I hope everybody had fun and can stay in touch til the next time. Just wanted to thank everybody that showed up and those who worked to get everything together. Take care everybody and plead the fifth on everything ya saw. Hope everybody makes it home safe.

We had a great time. Why don't we get together every year. Just make it a little earlier or a little later so it's not so hot.

Hey everybody, it was great seeing ya all again. I know we all forget how much the people we spent our younger lives with mean and how much each has touched others lives. The butterfly sneazed and the ripples change us all. I wish i'd spent more time in school with more people but i'm thankful that we can get together and laugh now. I truely enjoy seeing ya all and hope we can get together again soon. Take care everybody.

R.I.P. Glenda Ward. I will never forget you...

I definitely agree with Alycia: Rest in Peace, Ward. I saw her and talked with her for awhile at her house back in May, and can say that her recent passing is one of those situations where you have to count it as a blessing. But that doesn't mean it sucks any less.

Kenny: Thanks again for all of your work here. I hate that I had to miss the reunion, plus all of the followups and additions. I'm writing from Valley Mills, Texas. Kind of a long drive to Missouri. I'll hope to be in on some future class of '88 stuff.

Website is great Kenny! Particularly when there are important things to pass along like Ms. Ward's passing. What a great lady of amazing strength and talent.

Kenny, I love the new look! What a trip down memory lane just looking at the top corner! The 80's were so awesome. I just hope my daughter can have memories like we did from school.... well, maybe not the same kind of memories - if you know what I mean! :)

Cassville is coming to the dome!!!! I never thought our little town would make it to state playoffs. Cassville will be playing in the dome the day after Thanksgiving. They had a great season. My husband's team lost but one of the other coaches on his team is married to a Monett native so we have been having a great time with the rivalry once again.

Way to go Wildcats! Went to the game Friday, how awesome was it to see them playing on the field at the dome! And then to win on top of it was the best! Great to see you Al Don, and Marie, and everyone else who went up. Hope everyone had a safe trip home, and enjoyed themselves. GO CATS!!!!!

Thank you to the gang who made it out to the Rib. It was really nice to see everyone!! Klaus and I had a great time. Thank you very much Kenny (the canary) for all your planning. I know it was a difficult time for many of you, being so close to Christmas, to make it. I will be back this summer and hopefully I will get to catch up with more of you.

My New Year's Resolution is to enjoy as many moments in life as possible and let everything else go. Life is too short. If anyone watches the show "House", one of the characters who was terminally ill was asked if she was angry. Her comment was no, that she wanted to experience joy and happiness because she didn't want the last emotion she felt before passing away to be anger. It definitely made me stop and think about that and what I wanted to experience in life. So here is to many blessings and joyful moments for all of us in 2009.

Hi class, we haven't spent much time looking at the class page, and it seems we have missed out on things.
This response is late but about those "CATS" they did a
terrific job. Worked hard and enjoyed the "WINNING" outcome. This is our sons freshman year and even though he did not play at the Dome he was very thrilled to be one that was on the side line cheering his team, his friends, and his family to the victory. Who could ask for a better start to high school, the years you remember for all times. Even standing in the stands just seeing your kid out on such a field is wonderful. And the stories he tells his seventh grade sister is geering her up for high school.
Take care everyone and have a great safe summer!

You all gotta know that if I was there i would be at the concert and would buy a tshirt!! Hope somebody gets to go, if for no other reason than to be thankful that we survived the 80's!

I HAVE NOTICED SO MANY CLASSMATES AROUND CASSVILLE AND MANY WITHIN A SHORT DRIVE. WAS WANDERING IF YOU GOOBS WOULD LIKE TO SET UP A MONTHLY GET TOGETHER - NON-MANDITORY OF COURSE. LET ME KNOW IF INTERESTED. WHO KNOWS IT MAY BE BETTER THAN YOU THINK. FOR THOSE OF YOU FURTHER AWAY IT WOULD ALLOW YOU A VARIETY OF CHANCES TO SET UP A VISIT.
