Hard to see the loss of another one of us. This is not exactly unexpected as he had been dealing with this for quite a while. Doesn't make it less difficult.
He was always so involved in everything and often leading the way -just a huge presence all the way through high school. So energic, so capable, so cheerful and with a great sense of humor. Lots of fond memories.
Robert was a great friend throughout Jr. Hight and Highschool. Our older brothers were both members of the same fraternity and the University of Utah and we enjoyed staying with them at their freternity house on campus on one occasion. We shared many stories traveling on bus trips to track competitions. He was a talented athlete, loyal friend and credit to our class of 62'.
