Here's another BIG THANK YOU to Claudine and John for all their work. This should be fun and I'm really looking forward to hearing from everyone. The next reunion will be a "snap" for the committee that has to send out notices. Thankfully, it won't be for five years and it won't be me, but this will be very helpful. THANKS AGAIN ! ! ! !

Ran into Reid Sherratt today at the cemetary while I was decorating graves.  I had forgotten that he didn't graduate with us due to a blood desease.  He looked well though.  Arthritis in his hands but he said that was a result of his blood desease.  He an his wife live in Kanab and said that they would check this website.  Thanks John and Claudine.

Hi Everone,

I just found out about this site and it has been interesting reading the profiles that are posted and I am looking forward to reading about what you all have been doing since graduation as I have never been to a reunion.  I live in Indianapolis, IN and am looking forward to the 50th.

This is a great site.

John Esplin just an up date. I am out of the hospital doing fine. A lot of up and down days. I am 123 day since transplant. It has been quite a ride. Our life has really changed its like starting over. It will be a while before we return to Cedar. Its good to hear from you guys it means alot that you would take the time to let me know about you. Little things mean so much now. It makes you think about your past. It makes you wonder if you did all you could for people you know. And what you want for your future. And really glad you will have one. Keep posting your stories its great to hear them.  Your Classmate John     Thanks John and Claudine

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to say Hi. It was good to see some of you last week when I was in CC and it's also nice to keep up with many of our class through Facebook. What an age we are living in! Was there anyone besides me that had a hard time way back when imagining what it would be like to be in our sixties? But except a few challenges, I feel just the same as I did.

My brother-in-law, Rex, is pretty much confined to his house by some annoying health issues and I imagine he'd love to hear from some of you. If you are so inclined, please give him a call or drop by to visit him. I know you'd make his day!

Hugs,

Jerilee

I've been wondering about Sandra Parry. Got her phone number from her sister in law and called her today. She lives in Kansas, doesn't use a computer, sounded great and asked me to tell everyone hi.

Hi all.  I actually got my husband  talked into coming to the reunion.  It will be good to catch up.  The 50 years really blew by us didn't it?  I hope to find more pictures and get them posted.

Hi folks Happy to hear about the reunion. I hope to be there. I will have a hip replacement on the 6th of Aug. I made it passed my cancer. But now Iam dealing with all the things that go wrong after chemo and a bone marrow transplant.  But Iam still alive and greatful for that. There is not enough time to write all of the things I have had happen to me these last two years.  Hope to see you all in Aug.  John Esplin

I believe that this was the best reunion ever and everyone seemed to enjoy our time together- which was far too short. I'm amazed that two thirds of our remaining class attended. That has to be some kind of record. Thanks again Claudine and John for a fabulous event!

I am glad 2020 is history.  I was in the hospital for COVID 19 from Christmas morning December 25, 2020 to January 1, 2021.  We have celebrated Christmas every day since.  May God bless us all Class of 1962 on this journey we have taken in this life.
