Worked in the restaurant industry through 2002, including opening an Italian Restaurant in Cedar from 97-01. After several years of that and too many long hours and smelling like food all the time, I moved on and went back to S.U.U. and finished my degree in Criminal Justice (2005). In August 2002, I started All American Security Corp., (after attending the Utah Police Academy in 2001) providing quasi-law enforcement type services throughout Utah and Nevada, specializing in serving the mining industry.

I REMEMBER GRADUATING! I also remember when the school had a cowboys and indians dress-up day. I dressed as a cowboy and wore really tight wranglers. I think that is why I have only daughters. Aaron Grandy dressed up as an indian, wearing tan pants and a loin cloth and also a big head piece full of feathers. I think he got a lot of death threats from the school's Native American population. He looked scared as hell by the end of the day.
