Ann Herberger

I am now living in New York City and am attending Acting Conservatory. I have been doing improvisation theater and stand up in Miami for several years and decided to pursue one of my dreams which was acting. I am also still working in politics and am raising money for Governor Jeb Bush's run for President for 2016.

I worked in both President George H.W. Bush (41) and George W. Bush' (43)campaign raising money nationally. Governor Jeb Bush brought me to Florida and I have been his sole fundraiser in Florida. I have had a boutique fundraising consulting business since I left Iowa and moved to Washington, D.C. in 1987 after the Iowa caucuses.

I spent five years working for the Republican National Committee in major donor fundraisng as well as working for the best national fundraiser, Margaret Alexander. I continued on with her in her own fundraising firm until I launched out on my own in 1995 have had my own business since that time.

I lost both of my parents (mother in 1992) and (father in 2003). My brother Tom is still in Iowa part of the year when he isn't in Miami with me which is a blast.

What wasn't funny to me - to try and choose one story would not be fair. I can remember something about everyone that was funny including usually me. Nothing has changed in that part of my life, in fact, it's only gotten better and more refined.
