Friday, November 26th          Meet & Greet Oyster Roast will be held at Owl’s Roost in West Ashley from 8:00pm until 1:00am. Cost per classmate is $25 and Spouse/Guests $15. A cash bar for alcoholic beverages will be available. The music will be pumping, the oysters will be steaming and you will have a chance to win some money with a 50/50 Raffle.
 
Saturday, November 27th     Family Fun Day will be held at the Bowling Alley in West Ashley from 12:00 noon until 3:00pm. Cost per classmate is $15 and Guest/Spouse/Children $7 per person. We are still in the process of reserving the school for a tour of the new Burke High School. 
 
Saturday, November 27th     Banquet will be held at Gullah Cuisine in Mt Pleasant from 8:00pm until 12:00am. Cost per classmate is $50 and Spouse/Guest $30. A cash bar for alcoholic beverages will be available. Dress attire is semi-formal.
 
Sunday, November 28th        Worship Service will be held at Royal Missionary Baptist Church in North Charleston at 11:15am.  
 
Hotel/Lodging:                       Rooms are reserved at The Radisson Hotel Charleston Airport for $89 per night. The discount room rates expires October 25, 2010 please call 843-747-2501 or go online to reserve your room. www.radisson.com/charlestonsc_airport
 
Reunion Fee Payments:        It is crucial you make a deposit of $25 per classmate by August 25th but no later than September 1st. Installment payments can be made at anytime. Please have ½ of your balance paid by September 25th. The final payment is due no later than October 25th. For all payments and registrations received after October 25th please add a $10 late fee. You have until October 24th to cancel and request a refund less a $25 nonrefundable fee. Full payment is forfeited if you cancel after October 25th. Refunds will be mailed on December 10, 2010. The success of our reunion will be determined on how soon you pay your reunion fee. Please pay promptly to avoid cancelling activities. However, we know the economy plays a big part in our financial situation.

Your timely response will determine if we have a successful. fun filled reunion.

The plans outlined are subject to change based on the responses  and deposits received by September1st.  If we do not receive enough participation per activity then that specific activity will be cancelled

Payment is not required at the time of registration.  This information is currently used for planning purposes. Please follow the payment arrangments outlined above.  Should your plans change please update your registration accordingly.
